The information presented on this site (rates, calculators, advice) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal financing offer or comprehensive legal or financial advice.
3. Consent to Data Processing and Sharing
By submitting your information through our forms, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of your data to the United States via GoHighLevel (our CRM platform). You also consent to your information being shared with an AMF-licensed mortgage broker for the sole purpose of evaluating your mortgage needs and offering their services.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Interest rates and mortgage conditions mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice. They depend on credit approval by the financial institution and the borrower's specific qualifications. We do not guarantee mortgage approval, nor do we guarantee any specific rates or terms.
