Data collected on this site is stored and processed via GoHighLevel, a CRM platform whose servers are located in the United States. This cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with Law 25 requirements. GoHighLevel acts solely as a data processor and may not use your information for any other purpose.

AMF Licensed Mortgage Broker (Data Recipient):

Your information is shared with a mortgage broker licensed by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) of Quebec solely for the purpose of providing you with mortgage services. The broker is subject to their own confidentiality obligations under AMF regulations.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

Your data is transferred to and stored in the United States via GoHighLevel. By submitting our forms, you consent to this cross-border transfer in accordance with Law 25.

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal information for a recommended period of 12 months from your lead submission. If no referral is completed within this timeframe, your data will be permanently deleted from our CRM system.
